Italkit 88cc Tuning Kit cylinder + crankshaft Derbi Euro 3 / Euro 4, high-end performance kit with complete tuning cylinder and HQ crankshaft. Tuning kits offer two main advantages - you can be 100% certain that all components will perfectly complement each other to achieve optimum results, and you can save some serious money compared to buying the parts separately.
The tuning pack contains:
- Cylinder Italkit aluminium 50mm => 88cc
- Crankshaft Italkit 44.9mm stroke
- Racing clutch springs, 1 set
- stud bolts, hardware, gaskets ...
This high-end 88cc tuning kit will take performance to the next level; combined with other matching components, you can easily reach 25 hp at the wheel. We recommend a larger carburetor (28mm), a reinforced clutch, an inner rotor ignition and a tuning exhaust (such as Voca, Yasuni SCR Corse etc.)
The 88cc aluminium cylinder comes with a 1-ring Vertex piston, has 6 transfer ports and a large exhaust with boost ports. The head is modular, cooling properties are very impressive. The crankshaft comes with HQ Tungsten counterweights for optimal balancing, the pin is slightly bigger to be able to resist heavy loads. A silver small end bearing is included.
Note: the crankcase has to be slightly opened to make room for this cylinder kit plus crankshaft, a detailed manual is included.
